Day 01: Arrive in Delhi
Welcome to New Delhi, the capital city of India. Upon arrival at New Delhi International Airport, Rajasthan Luxury Tour representative would receive you with warm welcome and transfer you to the prearranged hotel. Dinner and overnight would be at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on Delhi tour. Sightseeing tour in Delhi includes visits of Red Fort (world heritage site), Jama Masjid (the largest mosque of India), Rajghat (the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi), Qutub Minar (world heritage site & the longest brick minaret in the world), Humayun’s Tomb (world heritage site), India Gate (an imposing war memorial monument), Old Fort, President House, Parliament House, Birla Temple (Laxmi Narayan Temple), Lotus Temple, etc. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi – Agra
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Agra en route stopping at Sikandara to see Akbar’s Tomb. On arrival at Agra, Rajasthan Luxury Tour transfers you to the pre-booked hotel. Later proceed on Agra tour covering Taj Mahal (one of the Seven Wonders of the World / the Symbol of Love), Agra Fort and Itmad-Ud-Daullah Tomb (also called the Baby Taj or Little Taj Mahal). Taj Mahal is closed on Friday. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04: Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur
Take your breakfast and then drive towards Jaipur en route stopping at Fatehpur Sikri – a historical and world heritage site. Buland Darwaza (the largest gateway in the world), Panch Mahal, Jodha Bai Palace, Shrine of Sufi Saint Salim Chisti, Birbal Mahal, etc are attractions at Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival at Jaipur (the state capital of Rajasthan), Rajasthan Luxury Tour representative would transfer you to the hotel. Dinner & overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 05: Jaipur
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast proceed on guided tour of Jaipur city, famed as the Pink City of India. Major attractions in this city include Amber Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort, Jal Mahal, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Birla Temple, Raj Mandir Cinema, Ramniwas Gardens, Albert Hall Museum (Central Park), etc. In the evening explore colorful bustling local bazaars to observe local activities and some shopping. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 06: Jaipur – Delhi
After breakfast drive to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, Rajasthan Luxury Tour would transfer you to the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Spend rest of the day is at leisure Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 07: Delhi – Leh (Ladakh)
Take spectacular flight to Leh, Ladakh. On arrival at Leh Airport, Rajasthan Luxury Tour representative would receive you and transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Spend rest of the day at hotel to acclimatize for climate of Leh, the capital of Ladakh – the Little Tibet. You may take a very leisurely stroll in Leh Bazaar or spend your time reading in the premises of the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08: Leh
Enjoy delicious breakfast served at the hotel. After breakfast, embark on local sightseeing tour of Leh which includes visits of Leh Bazaar, Leh Palace and Sankar Gompa. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 09: Leh
Take your breakfast at the hotel. Take excursion to nearby Ladakh’s famous Buddhist monasteries also called Gompas. You will visit today, Hemis Gompa, Shey Palace and Thiksey Monastery. If time permits you may also visit other monasteries like Spituk Monastery, Soma Gompa, Phyang Monastery, Chemrey Monastery, etc. In time return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 10: Leh
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast take full day excursion to Alchi Monastery and Phyang Monastery. In time return back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 11: Leh – Delhi – Departure
Rajasthan Luxury Tour ensures for punctual transfer to Leh Airport to board flight to Delhi. In Delhi, you will be assisted to transfer to the New Delhi Airport to board flight back to home / onward destination. Tour ends. |
